In a bed and breakfast accommodation you can expect personal attention from your hosts and generous hospitality. The structure would usually be of architectural importance o then significantly noticeable. The owner of this accommodation would be actively involved in business hence you can expect personal guidance. The health and hygiene aspect will be maintaining the comfort level for the guests. The rooms for each individual will be decorated personally. A bed and breakfast inn will not be too far behind though, the difference would be that the owner would live in the same premises, so your reservations are made right with them. Breakfast would be served if thee has been a night guest and only that would be one meal that is offered to him, keeping in mind that this is inclusive of the price of the room. Some of these accommodations will be accredited by the government and subsequent inspections have been carried out to ensure that it complies with the safety norms of the accommodation as subscribed by the government.

The cost of a room per night would defer, extended stays are usually not acceptable because it defies the basic purpose of a bed and breakfast accommodation. If you are seeking accommodation in a newly opened place then rest assured you will have very little to complain about as the owner would go out of his way to please you.
